Reiki & Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation (in its simplest definition).Rei means universal and Ki means life energy. Reiki is spiritually-guided life force energy. I believe we all have innate healing in our hands and our own path of how we heal.
Being attuned to Reiki and learning the symbols has been life-changing.

I first received Reiki in my early 20s from Mike Boals. I remember feeling as though I was floating in the middle of the Universe among the stars as Mike was channeling Reiki to me. It was a profound, spiritual experience. In 2001, I and started to learn about the aura and chakras. Energy work organically came into intuitive readings that I would give to others.
Then I listened to the call to be attuned to Reiki I and II by Yolanda Yturregui in 2010. Reiki guided me to include more energy healing (opening, balancing, protecting the chakras and aura) in sessions. In 2017 I became a Reiki Master being attuned by Yoli again in the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chujiro Hayashi and Mrs. Hawayo Takata. I now have learned the master symbols and have attuned 28 people to Reiki I & II and two people to the master level.

Reiki can be used for healing of the body, physical space, mechanical instruments, sent at a distance to loved ones, locations, back and forward through time and, of course, on our animal friends. I find that cats in particular love Reiki!
